Partnering to Support Client Wellness

At Veni Vidi Vici Wellness Center, we work closely with mental health professionals, therapists, and community agencies to ensure clients receive the care and support they need.

This page is designed for licensed mental health providers who wish to refer clients to our Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) or other wellness services.

Disclaimer: Only a licensed mental health professional can refer for the PRP program.

Clients can only access PRP services through a referral submitted by a licensed mental health professional who provides a qualifying diagnosis and clinical justification.

Eligibility Overview

Adult PRP Eligibility:

Clients must have a qualifying diagnosis such as schizophrenia, schizoaffective disorder, bipolar disorder, major depressive disorder (severe), or borderline personality disorder.

Youth PRP Eligibility:

Youth (ages 5–17) may qualify with any behavioral health diagnosis while actively participating in mental health treatment and under the care of a licensed professional.
